H+ Release Flu and Fever 舒缓伤风及发烧

这是去年我女儿看病的Resit, 这里只有一部分。有些claim公司的 medical allowance 交了。这些是不能claim了，因为allowance claim完了。有些是看中医，没有Resit。

我女儿，去年4月到11月，这7个月里，病了20多次。中药西药轮流吃。还会将病传给小的弟弟。所以我们不断要将姐弟隔离，不能让姐姐陪弟弟玩耍，其实这才是我最心痛的! 

遇到Return Legacy之前，去年给女儿试过很多种维他命，鱼肝油，益菌，千禧泉，蜂蜜，金海参等等，还是一直生病。

这年头，遇到了MediGold，就只是偶尔泡给女儿喝喝。生病时也喝一些medigold，喷喷H+, 就很少吃药了。年头到现在已经第十个月了,公司的medical allowance还没有claim一半。所以，我愿意分享medigold和H+不是没有原因的。因为这产品真的很棒!!

如何使用H+来舒缓伤风感冒以及发烧

I have a lovely and obedient daughter，she is 4 years old now. Before I came across Return Legacy's products (half a year ago), my daughter always sick since she started to school. She tool a lot of medicines. After I met H+ product from Return Legacy, I use H+ to release her flu and feverand thus drastically reducing the intake of medicines. Many people ask me how to use H+? Let me share my experience here, so that I no need to repeat so often in future. If you pass by, you may bookmark this blog for your future reference. I used my daughter as a model but she did not show her face :P

Caution: Using H+ does not mean you no need to visit a doctor for diagnosis.  H+ is good for emergency case (like fever at midnight), reducing body temperature, boosting body immune system, and thus reducing your medicine intake. Of cause, it depends on your body condition. For best result, take Medigold also!

注意：使用H+不代表不必看医生。H+可以应急 (特别是半夜发烧），降体温，加快身体复原，或减少吃药，视个人身体的抵抗力而定。配合medigold效果会更好！


要舒缓伤风感冒以及发烧，H+可以喷哪里？
Where to spray H+ in order to release flu and fever?

1. 额头 Forehead - 发烧fever
2. 手掌 Palm - 发烧fever
3. 喉咙里面 Throat - 伤风和发烧flu and fever
4. 肚子 Belly - 发烧fever
5. 小腿 Calf - 发烧fever
6. 鼻子（如果鼻塞或流鼻涕） Inside nose if sniffing - 伤风和发烧flu and fever
7. 手臂淋巴 Lymph of arm - 伤风和发烧flu and fever

8. 耳朵后方淋巴 Lymph behind ears - 伤风和发烧flu and fever

9. 颈项淋巴和胸部 Lymph of neck and chest - 发烧fever

10. 颈项后面和背部 Neck behind and the back - 发烧fever

H+可以外敷，也可以内服。除了以上方法，H+也可以喷进饮用水让生病的小孩饮用。还有在她睡觉的地方喷喷，来增加空气中的负氢离子。
H+can be sprayed externally, and also be intake orally. Other than methods above, we can spray H+ into water and let the kid drink the water. Besides, we can spray the surrounding of her sleeping place in order to increase the level of negative hydrogen.
